WHAT THE...... TO PHONE MY FRIENDS AND TELLING THEM I HAVE A POLICY WITH YOU AND I AM SO HAPPY IS A LIE!!! I have NO POLICY here!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! Not only is it a privacy invation...and false adverti*****ts...you are using MY name!!!!

I am very sorry to hear about the way the referral process was handled and the false representation that has been linked to your name.
I received feedback from the relevant department and because we have various referral sources it has come to light that the wrong script was used when they were phoning the details provided by you and I profusely apologize for this oversight.
I have brought the matter up with the relevant department and the consultant in question has been reprimanded regarding this matter.
