WHAT AMAZING STAFF AND COMPANY YOU ROCK

Absolutely the best service and laughs I had in a long time!!!!! First call was a guy phoning and trying to sell the policy.. I thought to myself no way am I buying this. But his personality, selling skills and all the laughter we had... Yip you guessed I ended up buying the policy.. Unfortunately my husband lost his work beginning of this month and me not working. I unfortunately had to cancel my policy. I spoke to Joni and what an outstanding person. She had so much compassion and tried her best that I don't loose the cover. I was really amazed on the way the sales reps goes the extra mile and more. I wish I could remember the guys name. I would like to congratulate your staff. Just trough dealing with such amazing staff. To me it says a lot about the company. Well done Platinum Life!!!!
