We've had a number of unforseen expenses and I was going to cancel my policy because I simply can't afford it right now. It meant losing all the money I had been paying up till now and the benefits of cover. Danielle helped me understand that I could freeze my payments for a number of months to help me recover and then reduce the premiums after that without losing my benefits that I have paid for to date.
