Welldone Anke!
I would just like to share my experience I had with Anke from Platinum Life. Anke was really professional in her approach around the issues I had and very polite. My intention was to cancel my premium to save some cash but she somehow explained to me that she could lower my premiums by half and still be covered. She still threw in a holiday break for the month of April in the midst of this covid-19. I was really pleased. Thanks Anke...
