Well, the reason for my call to PL was to cancel my policy. However, the consultant informed and reminded me of all the other benefits the policay holds even after I havr claimed once for breast cancer. I did ask about adding my fiancé and the assistant advised that PL will phone me for upgrade once I come up for same. The service was pleasant, informative and extremely courteous. Thank you
