Well the reason for my 5 🌟rating is that platinum is a policy that u can count on because they always keep you up to date about every thing what I meant is every change 's they're about to made or what ever change 's there is they always let you no before they do and ja the customer service 100percent for sure I'm not talking just about one person every consultant I also give 100percent to that thank you
