Well, firstly I have loved the service every year, checking up on me, and then always getting a promotional gift is of course always a bonus! But the friendly reps always fun to talk too. This year I just couldn’t afford too pay my premium, and the lady helped me by lowering the monthly payment subscription and had no problem with just getting it done. I am grateful as I thought I would loose out completely, but instead we worked out a plan. Excellent service and kindness always. Kind regards Tanya McFarlane
