We submitted our claim 13 November 2024 and yesterday 20 November 2024 I got a call to say my claim is approved and will payout with in 10 days. It was a seamless process and it's processed before the 3 weeks that I was told. This is, such a relieve as having a cancer diagnosis is traumatic and an uncertain time and having a platinum life keeping their promises gives you confidence and hope to look forward to better things
