Was helped by Yolandi. She restructured my package to make it more affordable instead of me canceling my policy due to financial difficulties. She was also very friendly, helpful and comforting. I have been a client since 2007 and really didn't want to lose my cover. Thank you Platinum Life for your great product and excellent service.
