Warm and reassuring staff.
Expert consultants. Very reassuring. After having my cancer policy for some time, I was encouraged to get an upgrade for further cover. I declined the upgrade and got a courtesy follow up call explaining my benefits. Chabi, the consultant who called, was warm and so understanding.
