Vincent was absolutely awesome to deal with. Extremely helpful, well spoken which is rare these days, polite, knowledgeable and I was able to have a conversation with him which doesn’t happen often. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I wouldn’t have taken the option I did if it wasn’t for him - I would have just cancelled permanently which is wanted I had planned to do
