Vincent from platinum life has exceptional customer service skills
Vincent from platinum life has exceptional customer service skills. Good communication skills as well. He tried making sure that I don't loose the money that I have already paid when I wanted to cancel my policy. He convinced me how it's not a great idea to cancel rather than reduce my premium and have a break until I find my feet in terms of finances. The company has a GEM with him being part.
