Vincent!!! What a gem! For the first time in 10 years, my premium rejected due to personal reasons. Obviously, highly embarrassed, I emailed platinum life to help me so that I don’t lose my cover. Vincent called me and did not make me feel bad ONCE. He is very professional, understanding and KIND. Kindness goes such a long way and a LOT of companies lack this kind of empathy. Look after him as he DEFINITELY looks after your clients.
