Very Unhappy
I was contacted twice by your agents requesting my personal details and was told i will receive a gift but never received anything, am requesting a proof indicating that the was an sms code or voucher number that was sent to me as your correspondences as per telephonic conversation, stop calling people and promise them gift were as that will never happen.

I have looked into your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter
We do give our policyholders the chance to nominate friends and family members for promotional gifts. These gifts can range from 50% off vouchers to products from our sister company, Isabella Garcia and are sent out at random.
I had a listen to the call you received in November and the consultant does mention that you will get an SMS with more information within 6-8 weeks but does give the impression that you will receive a physical gift.
Our logistics department will arrange to courier a physical gift (as promised) within the next 2-3 weeks
