I had such a nice talk with the lady when I explained to her that I haven't received my documentation. She immediately rectified the situation by emailing them to me and notifying me that the physical copies will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Even when I sent a message on Facebook they were quick to respond and try and help to resolve this issue.
