Very friendly tone in any discussion is key to help a client solve issues with whatever their grievance is... I just feel without any emotion attached to My conclusion that Platinum Life's agents are there to understand and apply a resolution to almost any situation for their clients... that stands high on the respect bar for Me as a client. Definitely 5 stars of My experience thusfar
