Very dissapointed in Jordan minnaar
I am very dissapointed this is the 2nd time I've wasted my time giving information and nothing happens I was called by consultant Jordan minnaar wrt a free gift or that what was said everything was explained abd when but the trick lies 8n saying no to the 6 month free cancer cover... I was promised a free gift apperently u would have received a sms with a link...I mean I did give all my info and I was ever so friendly the only reason why I said no becauseim unemployed and do not after wardswNt numerous calls for the same thing...and I really felth sick after the 1st time when a consultant phone to explain all the types of cancers I am covered for or can be coveredfor the world gloomy already whole. You're rass for cancer...thinking oohhh yes I'm coveredfor 6 months just in case What I do want to knowiswhereismy gift i waspromisedfor the 2nd time....very disdapointed

I have received your review and have followed up regarding this matter.
You were nominated for a promotional gift in 2020. An SMS with a voucher and promotional cover was sent out in July 2020 as promised. Another voucher was sent out in 2022, when you were contacted again.
You received a call from our team a few days ago regarding your recent nomination. As the SMS is sent out between 4-6 weeks from when you are contacted, you are still set to receive it.
I will gladly provide information about all SMS' sent.

31 May 2023, 13:50Please be advised that this is not a debate I am merely stating the fact that I never received sms's abd yet you's have my nr .. also a gift is just that a gift there is no % on discount for delivery or anything because then it becomes a purchase...again I reiterate on the fact that I did not get any sms's and again a gift is just that some free if charge delivered or given to a person ... What you's are doing is false advertising saying that a person will receive a gift ridiculous... I know what I ha e on my phone at this moment I have 58 sms's... As I said is all good and well that you have record but non of you're so called sms's reached me and I have the same cell nr for year....
Anyway if you say there is a free gift it's just that free....now I see there is a discount fee for delivery...I think you are looking for a wat to make money still just my opinion...
I can put money on the fact that i will now receive a sms just because I complained on hello Peter or maybe not....anyway if something is free it's just that free no hidden costs for delivery or discount on buying a product
I am sure I'm the only one complaining about this because people love to hear about different types of cancer or that they are covered for 6 months just in case they get cancer or whatever tickles your fancy...anyway I am a really busy person and i do know tou are also busy ...what's weird is that I get sms's all the time momentum,absa,standerd bank,old mutual,fnb,one life,even truworths but it you's....my phone much be allergic to nonsense...
