Unprofessional to the max!

I have been a client of platinum life for a while now. The only time they are in contact with you is when they are looking to push you to a higher plan!!! Every time they say wait for the docs, review it and then if you want to cancel just email or call within the time period otherwise the upgrade on policy will automatically be added... So it's the second time after a call I DONT receive that email or package and I have to remember to cancel before my time is up. I get no responses from them on email but they are quick to call you to upgrade, and HOUND you if you don't answer. TODAY was the LAST straw! You took your money today 26th when you know my payday is the 27th. You took the LAST money I had for my baby's formula. Now I'm F#@&%d! I want you to cancel this policy and REFUND all of my money I had paid you over the time period since I joined. You are just trying to make money and do not have the clients interest at heart. I will take legal action against you. I want this canceled Now! Don't bother replying to the emails I sent days back either and don't try to call me to convince me to stay with you either, I am NOT interested! I have all emails as proof and my bank statement, I will take you to court
