Unprofessional,rude staff
I have sent a request to Platinum Life to quote me on cancer cover. 1. It takes them more than a week to call me back 2.Your call center agents are rude and unprofessional. a \Nadia"called me not asking me questions without giving me time to speak and kept on interrupting me as soon as i have a question. I FIND IT RUDE!!!!! 3. WHY on earth do you advertise yourselves and send gifts to random people"
