Unprofessional gift promotion.
Platinum life called me for an isabella gift. All went well received my R600 gift plus free cancer cover valid 6months. They called again for me to suggest 40 women n got R1000 isabella voucher. Now those 40 women gpt calls but are still waiting for their sms link . Can someobe explain why they are still waiting simce December 2019?. Now i look lile a bad person.

I have received your complaint and would like to provide some feedback regarding this matter.
Kindly note that our promotional gifts are delivered within 6-8 weeks from when they are contacted. Due to the festive season and our referral department being closed, most of the leads phoned in December have only been processed in January.
They are more than welcome to give us a call directly and we can track the status of their gift, but there will be a slight delay.
