Unhappy with Platinum Life!!
You helped to reduce my policy amount so as not to loose unhappy with Platinum Life out,then you debited my acc with over R700.00!! Despite the fact that I told you that I wanted to cancel due to financial constraints. I am very upset!!

I have received your review and have looked into this matter. I would like to provide some feedback
Kindly note that you spoke to one of our consultants on the 25th of February 2022 to adjust your premium and cover from April. As your debit date is on the 2nd of each month, we were unable to recall the premiums for March and a deduction occurred as normal. I do apologize that the consultant did not advise on this
Please note that the arrears have been written off and your policy is set to continue on the new premium for April. I have also asked the consultant to give you a call to confirm this
