Unfortunately I do not remember the lady who assisted me, but it was an amazing experience. She explained with precision and I understood everything. She assisted me in Sotho language which was even better as conversation was flowing. Very vibrant and bubbly lady. Overall, it was a GREAT experience. I giver her 10/10.
