********* and Dishonest - withhold annual increase information to force you to upgrade prior to that!
<p>I was called by an agent to increase my policy. I declined the offer for financial reasons. Then another call agent phones you and gives you all this talk about how you will never be able to increase the policy again and this is the last chance and if you do not increase the one portion then at least increase the other portion which I agreed to after a lengthy discussion - I would like the recording pulled on this conversation!! The agent FAILS to tell you and deliberately withhold information (to make you increase your policy) that the annual increase is due the month after! This is *********. When I complained, I get told that contract says every year there is an annual increase and are not willing to downgrade my policy back to where it which is unrelated to the annual increase. I am not disputing the annual increase, I am disputing the policy upgrade forcefully prior to the increase! Disgusting and *********! I would definitely not recommend Platinum Life to anyone. Dishonest bunch op people.</p>
