Unauthorized policy upgrade fixed

They upgraded my policy without my consent I only picked it up from a debit order that doubled in January . When I called to stop and close the policy, a profound Lerato called me back and apologized offered a better and reasonable cover. No debit order for one month, cash back and initiated no upgrade needed on my policy close and that means no surprises for me in future. Thank you Lerato, you’re awesome!
