Unauthorized Debit orders
If I could make a minus rating I would. I never authorized for any debit order to run from my account. Then they have the audacity to say they cannot reverse any of the debit orders they have taken from my account. It's disturbing to know that you cannot just dispute Plantinum Life debt orders at the bank because they are undisputable. What nonsense is that!!! Whose hard-earned money. I want my money back asap!!!!

I have received your review and have looked into this matter on my side.
You were contacted for a policy with Platinum Life in July 2023. After agreeing to the policy, a mandate was sent out and accepted by you. Mandates are sent out to ensure that you are aware of the debit order and agree to it going off your account. Documentation was also sent out thereafter via email to ensure that you enjoy your 30 day review period before the policy was set to start.
If a policy holder agreed to a policy, there is no refund due when they request a cancellation at a later stage. I have requested the sales call and will gladly follow up on what was discussed and how the sale was handled. This will be sent through to you via email with feedback
A cancellation has been logged and our team will be in touch within the week to confirm this with you. Please keep an eye out for their call

He begged me for my account details I said no because I didn't want the policy. He then said it would not be live but he just needed to show he had completed the process.
