Unauthorized Debit date

Hi there

I received a call from platinum a while ago, I listened and thought this could possibly be a good policy.

Though I was under the impression that cover would start from end November/start December

But a deduction was made today from my rental funds I barely sc****d together because I am unemployed.

I would like an URGENT refund back to my bank account please so I can pay my rental which was due by the 3'rd.

I am honestly not impressed at all at this service.

Please sort this out ASAP
