Unauthorised deduction

I received a call from Platinum life about one of their policies. I reluctantly signed up. I then decided to cancel the policy. I received confirmation that the policy will be cancelled. This was in August. On 26/10/15 Platinum life deducted an amount of R146.11 without my permission. I emailed them and they responded saying \it was an error"and my money will be refunded. I am still waiting for my money. They are not responding to my emails."""
