Unauthorised debit order

Unatuhorised debit order , firstly i did not accept the policy and i was informed by the agent that a booklet will be delivered to my place and upon arrival i will get 30 days to decide whether or not i would like to sing up for the policy , then only they will debit from my account I spoke to one of the call centre agents that confirmed that a booklet was not sent to my address nor was the gift they speak of , but funds were debited off my account this is extremely unprofessional
