Unautherised deduction

Found an sms on my cell today showing INSURE PLATLIFE *** for R320.65 after i expressly told their cosultant that i do not want the policy.

What i would like to know is how did they get my banking details or is someone at Nedbank selling client details ?.
I do not even know what this policy covers and i do not need it. It seems to me that the constant harassment and non stop phone calls to recieve free gifts is a **** and you do eventually end up paying for your free gift after i refused it for months on end and eventually said yes just to get these people to leave me alone.

I want a refund and this policy cancelled and Nedbank better explain to me how my personal banking details ended up with these people otherwise my my business and personal accounts will be closed TODAY.
Hello johannes louw,

Thank you for bringing your concern to my attention.

Our sales department had contacted and offered you an accidental disability policy. In these calls, you had provided your banking details to the consultant.

In the confirmation call made to you, you did advise the consultant that you no longer wanted the policy and the consultant managed your objection. We do feel that your request should have been elevated to client care, to inquire and assist further.

Please accept my sincere apologies and please note that your policy has been cancelled and the premium refund has been paid.

Kindly contact me directly, should you require any further assistance - *** or ***.

Kind Regards
