Un authorized increases on Policy

Iregardless of me refusing this increase and not having signed the authorization thereof seemingly my account was debited with the increase amount anyway.

I do not appreciate that i have no control over what happens with MY account thus i would like to terminate my policy with immediate effect.

Advise when will i receive the balance of the money that was deducted from my account without my concern. This is not the first time this has happened.

I do not wish to discuss this further, will await confirmation for my cancellation a.s.a.p.
