*****ulent use of People’s information.

I had a platinum life policy for years. Every time you suggested that I upgrade my policy for better cover and pay outs I have done so and I never missed a month’s instalment. Then I got in to a motor vehicle accident and despite me wearing a seatbelt and the airbag, my head still struck the vehicles windscreen and breaking it. I then suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result there of. I then contacted platinum life trying to claim from my policy as I have suffered a disability where my head injury resulted in swelling of the brain that then turned in to epilepsy.

My claim was turned down stating that they do not cover brain injury under their policy. Only if I lost an eye would they then pay out. I requested to cancel my policy immediately. They first tried to get me to go for a lower monthly instalment etc before after numerous calls they finally canceled my policy.

Now they are calling my wife up trying to sell her a policy and not taking no for an answer again. They keep telling her person X gave them her their number, however person X is denying this. Therefore they are using other peoples information without them knowing about it and also without their permission. We want you to REMOVE OUR INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE!
