Two policies… only one delivered
I have two policies — one with an “old-time favourite” and one with Platinum Life. Guess who paid out with no issues? Platinum Life. Not only did they pay out first, but they also showed genuine empathy and care during a really difficult time. A special thank you to Leandi Schoonees for the incredible gift — it was clearly not a one-size-fits-all present. I absolutely love the slippers, and the book truly made a difference. All the extra goodies were such a thoughtful touch. I’d also like to thank Bendre Pretorius, who first contacted me, and Gronighan Grobler for helping me upgrade my policy without ever making me feel pressured. Lastly, but definitely not least, thank you to Danielle for helping me keep my policy when I was unsure.
