This review is for outstanding telephonic customer service and support from Magriet at Platinum Life. She really listened and understood my concerns and was able to help me so that we both got the outcome we wanted. She followed up diligently (not annoyingly either). More than anything she was mindful and compassionate. Thank you Magriet and thank you Platinum Life !
