This company goes after the unsuspecting by offering gifts as rewards

This insurance company trolls students, who have no idea about the insurance industry. And to take a contract out with someone who is unemployed and does not earn a salary. He has not proof of income. The offer gifts as rewards and promises that bare no fruit. The students don't get any of the documents or the gifts promised, however when you phone to cancel the contract they say they cannot as it is a contract and no money can be refunded. They are clever in there strategy of offering gifts for unsuspecting students or people who no nothing about the industry.

Its disgusting and unprofessional and in this day and age, they just take your money and run.

How can you take money and do a contract with some one is UNEMPLOYED - he does not earn a salary!!!!!

Dear Caroline,

I have received your complaint and I am currently looking into this matter.

Our records show that your son took out this policy in June of 2019 and has also agreed to two upgrades that have been offered to him in this time.

I have requested all the calls made to him to follow up on the manner in which the sale was handled, if the consultant made all needed disclosures and if your son agreed to the policy being issued out in his name. Our policies are always optional and the sales consultant has to ask in the call if the client is able to afford the policy that has been offered.

A cancellation has been processed and a consultant will also be in touch with your son to confirm that this has been done. As soon as the calls have been received, I will send it through with feedback as well.  If there is any mistake on our side, we will gladly address and rectify it.

Please do not hesitate to let me know if there anything else I can assist with

Kind Regards

Dear Caroline,

Please note that I have received all calls made to Mr Dunn and it has been emailed through to him with feedback. In all the calls, your son did agree to the policy and premium and a full legal closure was done. He never advised that he was unemployed.

A cancellation has been processed and a consultant will also be in touch with your son to confirm that this has been done.

Please let me know if there is anything else we can assist with

Kind Regards
