*****'s & lairs I joined Platinum life in good faith as i was happy with the service offering but it turns out they are just a bunch of *****'s...

I was promised my paperwork within 2 weeks of joining and have now waited almost 3 months. I tried contacting the call center to follow up and the lady just said that the cancellation department will contact me to *** sales agent had no inclination or desire to assist me.

All i want is my paperwork but if that is too much effort for this company then i dont think i will be giving them anymore of my money.

PS - just as a side note, they promised to send me a gift when they first contacted me as that is one of their marketing strategies and again when i signed up for the policy but up to today i have never received a single thing so that might have been a indication of the terrible service they give customers.
