They took a debitorder on my account that was only supposed to go off on the 1st of December 2023 they took on 2nd November 2023
They took a debitorder on my account that was only supposed to go off on the 1st of December 2023 they took on 2nd November 2023. The amount is supposed to be R610 they took R864. Now I must wait 7-10 working days for a refund on their mistake. I think this is very unfair that I must wait for my money that was supposed to put food on my table.
