They say they decreased my premium from R349 to R98 but they deducted twice

Please note that your policy has been cancelled with immediate effect and no further deductions will occur. I have asked Isabella Garcia to contact you regarding the second deduction, as we dont have access to their system and I am unable to advise on the premium
