They have helped me to get a lesser payment rate in order to keep my policy active while I have losted my job in the year 2020 . I also had to be hospitalized for a psychotic break in 2020. I am now on disability and unemployed. They have been wonderful about understanding that I can't afford the interest rate increase every year and have give me more manageable payment option in order to keep the benefits of the policy. They also have a prompt response time which I am very happy with.
