They called me to offer me a cancer cover and I was told that I am going to receive an Isabella Garcia perfume and a Garnin watch together with the policy documents since November I haven't received anything.

Afterwards, you were contacted by a consultant and offered a policy with Platinum Life. A cancellation was received a few days thereafter, which resulted in no documentation being sent out. You spoke to our team and decided to keep your policy and documentation was sent out via email a few days thereafter.
As per your conversation with our team today, kindly note that a cancellation has been logged and a consultant will be in touch within the next week to confirm
