They are the only business in South Africa that, in my experience, is honest and wanting to genuinely help their customers. Every single customer service department in every single business or service I deal with is useless and basically for show but platinum life has always done what is best for me and have been so helpful and caring and understanding every single time I have needed assistance with anything. There are not enough words to explain how grateful I am that they exist and have not given in to the same disgusting business practices in the world. These people can only be blessed by Jehovah, and I pray he keeps blessing their efforts in a wicked world where we all need help. Thank you for all the ways you've helped me over the past years, they've been the roughest years of our lives but platinum life has never been a burden or source of stress like every other business I have to deal with. THEY ARE THE BEST.
