There was an agent named Desiree that had called me. She was polite and well spoken. She knew the product so well. She was very helpful and also explained the product very nicely. I explained my situation to her and she was able to assist me by providing me with a time frame so that I could still get the cover. She knows how to convince a customer and has excellent phone ethics.
