Their customer service agents are always helpful and patient. They ensure that they have all your details prior to the call that makes the extra efficient. They assisted me with my premiums and I have been a loyal customer for a number of years. Anelisa was quick on the phone, did the verification and got me sorted in no time. She had to phone me back more than once because I was busy and not once did she forget or get annoyed by me. Thank you for you great service Anelisa!!😊😊
