The staff, very helpful and friendly, compassionate, and always a pleasure to chat with them. I was skeptical, at first, I took out the policy about 10 years ago or more, unfortunately I was diagnosed with breast cancer 🎀 in June 2025, my doctors filled out my forms, etc , I have been getting regular updates from Landi, my consultant from Platinum health, very helpful and helpfully my payout should be soon. I now realize there was nothing to be skeptical about. Well done, Platinum life, 👏 I would certainly recommend them.
