The service I received from Riona Lala was excellent. She was friendly and understanding, and my query was resolved the first time around. My policy had lapsed, but they were able to reinstate my policy at a reduced rate as I've experienced some financial difficulties recently. I've been a loyal client of Platinum Life for 14 years now.
