The Queen Rocks!!!
I would just like to commend Queen's excellent customer service! I called in to cancel an upgrade on my policy. As an unemployed person an increase in the monthly premium would not be achievable. However, Queen listened to me and was sympathetic to my plight and thus I managed to decrease my current premium to a more affordable option as well. Were it not for her prompt service, I am sure that I would have defaulted on the new higher premium. Thank you Queen, I am forever grateful and thankful for your service. Regards, AN Greaver
