The previous consultant i dealt with did not explain the product to me properly and mislead me about the package. Needless to say i was very upset. Nadia however was an absolute star. She was patient and offered me a solution that i was happy with. She also followed up with me. I believe that she should serve as an example for the consultants at platinum life on how customer service should be
