The people/employees are Platinum Life's greatest assets. My reasons for making this honest statement, because of their helpfulness, very professional communication both written, eg: emails and telephonically, their friendliness, being very patient and understanding, ready to assist with any questions I may have and explanations given to fully understand what is required concerning eg: for Platinum Life as well as requirements and instructions for the customer.
