The most unprofessional group of people I've ever come across, they were in breach of the popi act in that my personal information on my profile was being tempered with cause every different agen calling me would misspell my email address then confirm that they will get it fixed and they don't get it fixed cause the email correspondences I was supposed to receive never got to my email, then I find out my next of kins details were also tempered with and to think that should anything happen to me my next of kins will not be notified therefore my kids will not be able to get what is rightfully theirs because someone behind your computer has decided to temper with my information and mind you, you people are deducting premiums from me monthly, as if that wasn't bad enough someone decided that they are going to increase my premium without my concent because I had refused to upgrade my existing cover then they took it upon themselves to deduct a premium I did not agree to.
