The lovely and patient Miss Farhana was so reassuring and kind also very helpful on our telephone call that was just amazing service from her she is a wonderful lady with a very calming voice And I say this because sometimes you need somebody to be calm and understanding with you and she did that and more thank you very much Farhana Amazing service
