The little touches of gratitude...

I know we all get those annoying calls from our insurers who are increasing our premiums, but I'd like to do a shout out to Platinum Life who actually do you the courtesy of thanking you for allowing them to increase their monthly fees (which contractually they're already allowed to), but to also send a gift to say thanks. It may not be much but it means a lot to me. Thanks guys...
